In addition, the customer is responsible for immediately informing Daily Aqua when their account is illegally accessed, used and/or taken.
- Daily Aqua is not, either directly or indirectly, responsible for any loss or damage caused by non-compliance with this policy.
B. WARRANTY POLICY
B1. WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
Free warranty for products with these conditions:
- Defective product from the manufacturer
- Warranty period is available
Warranty cases that may arise fee:
- If you break one of the warranty conditions in Section 1.
- The product is opened/damaged on purpose.
- The product has been repaired by other service centers or personnel.
- Damage of product belongs to the customer and damage does not belong to the competence of the manufacturer.
B2. WARRANTY CENTER:

If the product is purchased and delivered from Sellers, please contact directly Sellers for the warranty support.
B3. WARRANTY PERIOD:
Daily Aqua offers a warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty process may take about 3 – 5 days.
C. TRANSACTION TERMS
Transaction process: The shopping process of the customer will take place in the following order:
Option 1: Online payment (via account or credit card)
Step 1: Customer places the order, provides information.
Step 2: Customer makes the payment in advance.
Step 3: Daily Aqua or Seller receives, confirms the order and starts shipping.
Step 4: Customer checks and receives the order.
Option 2: Payment by cash
Step 1: Customer places the order, provides information.
Step 2: Daily Aqua receives the order.
Step 3: Daily Aqua confirms customer information (via phone or message or email).
Step 4: Daily Aqua or Seller starts shipping.
Step 5: Customer receives the order and makes payment.
*In addition, the transaction E-receipt will be sent to customer’s email or customer can look up transaction history when logging into their account on the Website.
D. PRICE
The price listed on the Website is final. Price is subject to change depending on the time and applicable promotion program. Delivery and/or additional fulfillment fee (if applicable), will be clearly displayed on the checkout page when the order is placed.
E. DELIVERY TERMS
Daily Aqua offers free shipping for all orders from VND 1,000,000 and above.
Shipping fee:
- VND 35,000 for orders under VND 1,000,000 in HCMC and in Southern Vietnam
- VND 40,000 for orders under VND 1,000,000 in Central Vietnam and in Northern Vietnam.
Delivery time:
- 2 – 4 days for orders in HCMC and in Southern Vietnam.
- 3 – 5 days for orders in Central and Northern Vietnam.
